I believe how we experience the world is not limited to one area or problem. Our relational and developmental histories, genetics and biological make-up, experiences with others, and the systems in which we live continuously impact how we feel and function.

Therefore, my approach is relational, systems-based, and trauma-informed. I work with you to build a space in which you feel safe to explore these facets of your life and focus on the whole person to identify how these experiences are showing up in the mind, body, and spirit.

In this process, I utilize a variety of evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Attachment, and mindfulness techniques to support you in reaching your goals.
